Welcome to the Oxford Brookes Mountaineering Society Website.
This society is for both the advanced walker and mountaineer as well as those of you who
would just like to explore the countryside and head out for a nice weekend in the hills.
We will be cooperating with the Oxford Brookes D of E Society. You can find out about the society, including our trips, on this site.

Membership- If you are already a member of the
society then congratulations, The club is open to all students,
regardless of which University you are based. The Club can also
take on board members who are Non-Students. Cost of joining is £3
for the academic year, plus £50 for insurance which covers you for the academic year (This is the same fee that is payable by any sports club, therefore if you have paid it for any other Brookes Sport club, you will not need to pay this again). To request more information about the
